Our Educators At Cielito Lindo Early Education Centre, our educators are caring, qualified, and committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to thrive. Through warmth, professionalism, and meaningful relationships, our team helps children grow with confidence, curiosity, and joy. To maintain high standards of care and safety, all team members go through a careful screening process and meet the qualifications required for their roles. Our educators hold relevant early childhood education certifications and required training, including First Aid and CPR certification, and all staff complete Criminal Record Checks with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
Miriam Vidals-Fournier
Founder of Cielito Lindo Early Education Centre. She is passionate about helping others, deeply cares for children, and is committed to creating a warm, nurturing, and high-quality early learning environment. Inspired by her own experience as a mother, Miriam wanted to give other children the opportunity to learn Spanish as a second language, just as she provided for her own children. Her vision is to create a place where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow every single day.
Juan Fournier
Co-Founder of Cielito Lindo Early Education Centre and the spouse of Miriam Vidals. He is a genuine, caring, and compassionate person who brings warmth and heart to the centre's vision. Juan has a natural love for children and truly enjoys being involved in their activities, creating joyful and meaningful connections with them. His sensitive and caring nature reflects the family values behind Cielito Lindo and helps shape the loving environment the centre is committed to providing for every child, family, and educator who becomes part of our community.
Navkiran Bali
Program Director at Cielito Lindo Early Education Centre, with over five years of experience in licensed childcare operations across Alberta. She holds a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification from NorQuest College and has experience as a Lead Educator, Administrative Supervisor, Program Director, and Operations Supervisor. Navkiran is passionate about creating a safe, loving, and playful environment where children feel supported. She values Alberta’s FLIGHT curriculum and focuses on fostering strong learning, development, and positive relationships with families.
